Palm Breeze Plaza (PBP) is a 48,110 Sq. Ft. Grocery-Anchored Shopping Center. It boasts a strong tenant roster, including Winn Dixie, Carquest Auto Parts, and Domino’s, among other popular restaurants and essential service providers. PBP is located in Jensen Beach, Florida, a consistently growing oceanfront town just north of Stuart, Florida.

FrostPoint Capital acquired the property in July 2020. Immediately upon acquisition, FrostPoint carried out its extensive renovation and capital expenditure plan. Work was completed in 2021, at which point the vacant spaces were successfully leased and the anchor tenant was renewed on a long-term lease.

In December 2023, FrostPoint successfully exited its investment in Palm Breeze Plaza. At the time of disposition, the center was 100% occupied.
