Culver’s Out Parcel

FrostPoint Capital activated a 1.3 acre out parcel opportunity at Bridgewater Commons by signing a lease with Culver’s and developing a +/-4,500 sqft building in partnership with the Tenant. In March 2026, the Culver’s franchisee elected to purchase the out parcel after subdividing the site from the existing shopping center property.
