Marie Aramouni joined FrostPoint Capital in October 2025 as an Associate, Asset Management. Marie is responsible for tenant relations, lease administration, financial reporting, and will assist the acquisitions team in the underwriting process for new deals.

Prior to joining FrostPoint, Marie was a Business Analyst at Lennar where she analyzed resale data & market trends to ensure an effective pricing strategy.

Prior to joining Lennar, Marie was an Acquisitions Analyst at AW Property Co., where she worked on due diligence analysis, asset portfolio management, and financial/market review. 

Marie graduated from the University of Florida in 2022, with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Marie received her Associate’s degree from Dr. Floyd F. Koch Honors College where she was a co-editor of an undergraduate publication called Sabiduría, a coordinator of Leadership in Delta Omicron, Phi Theta Kappa, and a Senator in Student Government Association.
