Lisa Lyda joined FrostPoint Capital in August 2022 as a Portfolio Accountant. Lisa is responsible for accounts receivable and payable as well as other essential tenant, vendor, and financial administration. She is also responsible for financial reporting to the firm’s bankers, CPAs, lenders, and management team.

Ms. Lyda brings with her 30 plus years of real estate accounting and portfolio administrative experience. Prior to joining FrostPoint Capital, she held essential roles with U.S Immigration Fund and Flagler Realty and Development, Inc. Prior to her real estate career, Lisa was a tax professional working with both corporations and individuals.
