Kinsley Smith joined FrostPoint Capital in March 2026 as an Analyst & Operations Manager. Kinsley is responsible for supporting FrostPoint’s acquisition and asset management platform through investment analysis, due diligence, and portfolio reporting. She also oversees various operational functions and assists in the execution of FrostPoint’s investment strategy.

Prior to joining FrostPoint, Kinsley was a Private Equity Analyst at Highbrook Investors, where she worked on financial modeling, valuation analysis, acquisition due diligence, and market research for prospective real estate investment opportunities across multiple asset classes. 

Prior to joining Highbrook, Kinsley was an Investment Intern at Poinciana Advisors Group, where she assisted in managing client investment portfolios and compliance review.

Kinsley graduated Cum Laude from Florida State University in 2025, with a Bachelor of Science in Finance & Real Estate. Throughout her time at FSU, Kinsley was an active member in the University Honors Program, Delta Delta Delta sorority, Delta Sigma Pi business fraternity, and Noles on Wall Street.
