Shoppes of Kissimmee (SOK) is a recently renovated (2021), 74,520 Sq.Ft. Neighborhood Shopping Center. The center is located in Kissimmee, Florida, a high-density suburb located within the booming Orlando MSA. SOK sees 92,000+ VPD along S John Young Parkway and Pleasant Hill Road. The center is home to strong performing retailers and service providers, including Bealls Outlet, Ross Dress For Less, Dollar Tree, Amscot, State Farm, and Greenberg Dental, amongst other popular local restaurants and essential service providers.

FrostPoint Capital acquired the property in March 2021 as a Value-Add addition to its growing retail portfolio. FrostPoint completed facade renovations and site improvements in the Fall of 2021, and is in the process of leasing up vacancies that were in place at acquisition.
