Coal Mountain (Phase II)

FrostPoint Capital acquired Coal Mountain Shops in April 2024 with the intention of activating the vacant pad site to the East of the existing center. Coal Mountain Shops Phase II will consist of a two-tenant, 4,670 Sq.Ft., free-standing building with a drive thru. Phase II construction is set to commence in the second half of 2025 and is currently 100% pre-leased.

Coal Mountain Shops Phase II is in Coal Mountain, a burgeoning submarket of Cumming, Georgia, and an increasingly popular commuter hub to Atlanta. Situated directly off the newly constructed GA Highway 400 exit at Coal Mountain and at the recently created intersection of Browns Bridge Road and Bridgetowne Drive. The newly lit intersection will serve as the gateway to Coal Mountain Town Center, a 140-acre mixed-use town center social hub currently being developed by Toll Brothers in conjunction with Forsyth County.

Once completed, Phase II will add an additional 4,670 Sq.Ft. of retail space to the existing 15,600 Sq.Ft. at the property.
